Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Latin Hiwr ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

Eligibility Requirements

To create an account and use Latin Hiwr, you must meet all of the following requirements:

User Conduct and Community Standards

5. No sharing others' private information. You must not disclose another member's personal details (real name, address, phone number, workplace) without their explicit consent, whether on or off the Platform.
6. No automated access or scraping. Using bots, crawlers, scrapers, or any automated means to access, collect data from, or interact with the Platform is prohibited without prior written consent from Latin Hiwr.

Content Ownership and Licensing

You retain full ownership of any content you create and share on Latin Hiwr, including profile text, photographs, and messages. By uploading content to the Platform, you grant Latin Hiwr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, host, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of providing and promoting our services. This license ends when you delete the content or close your account, except where your content has been shared with other members who have not yet deleted it.

All Latin Hiwr branding - including our name, logo, website design, proprietary algorithms, and original written content - is the exclusive property of Latin Hiwr and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any Platform-owned materials without written permission.

Payment and Subscription Terms

Latin Hiwr offers both free and premium membership tiers. Free registration allows you to create a profile, browse members, and receive basic matches. Premium subscriptions unlock advanced features including unlimited messaging, HD video chat, real-time translation, and priority support.

• Pricing: Subscription plans and pricing are displayed clearly at the point of purchase. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).
• Auto-renewal: Premium subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel beforehand. You will receive a reminder email 7 days before renewal.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Your premium access continues through the end of the current billing period.
• Refund policy: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first premium subscription purchase. After 30 days, refunds are issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of member profiles, the behavior of other users, or the uninterrupted availability of our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Latin Hiwr and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages - including but not limited to loss of data, emotional distress, financial losses, or loss of profits - arising from or related to your use of the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

Account Termination

Latin Hiwr reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms: Any breach of these Terms and Conditions or our community standards.
• Fraudulent activity: Evidence of scamming, identity fraud, money laundering, or any deceptive behavior targeting other members.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you may close your account before the new Terms take effect.
